Ag Communications Competition

Last night, the Caldwell, FFA, green hand and senior Ag Communications teams competed in their first virtual district contest. This is a new change compared to previous years much more relaxed. The teams took a test, both knowledge as well as editorial based test via AP style Edit quiz. after the test students listen to a 15 minute press conference to prepare for their next step in the competition. After organizing several pages of notes from their press conference each team member is assigned a specific zone to prepare and present to the district competition in this year‘s competition we had The following categories.

The students had 90 minutes to repair their own specific category and an hour for the editorial and knowledge quiz. The students worked hard and diligently. We want to thank Cynthia Conrady and Ryan Mayo for their help to make sure that the technology the students needed was ready for them before the contest This evening.These students are looking forward to preparing and competing at the state level in May in Manhattan, Kansas. We wish them the best of luck with all the hard work!
