Angel Tree Application

Brook Cink, owner of What in Carnation, is coordinating the Caldwell Community Angel Tree.  The Angel tree application is for any and all families that might need a little help this year with Christmas. All children ages 0-18 are eligible, and there's no proof of need requirement for this program. Please fill out and submit forms by November 7.
